RELATIONAL, EXPERIENTIAL PSYCHOTHERAPYby Dani Tut Bar · Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie

ABOUT THE PRACTICE

Care begins
with connection.

A therapy space where you can arrive as you are, with your history, contradictions, relationships and possibilities.

MEET YOUR THERAPIST

A little more human.

A moment to pause. I offer in-person sessions in Berlin-Adlershof and online sessions for people in Berlin and beyond.

Hello, I’m Dani.

I’m Dani Tut Bar, a Berlin-based Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie. I’m drawn to the moments when people begin to feel more at home with themselves, especially when life has asked them to adapt, hide parts of themselves or carry difficult experiences alone.

I bring curiosity, warmth and a real presence to the room. I care about what happens between us, not only about finding the right words for what has happened. There is room for humour, uncertainty, tenderness and the things that are still hard to name.

My work is relational and grounded in trauma therapy, grounded primarily in AEDP and informed by attachment theory, embodied emotional experience and EMDR when it is useful. I work with people navigating trauma, relationships, identity, grief and change.

Your full self
is welcome.

As a queer and trans practitioner with lived experience of migration, I care deeply about creating a space where identities and relationships do not need to be explained or defended before meaningful therapeutic work can begin.

I welcome different ways of living, loving, relating and belonging. We can be curious together, without rushing to define what change should look like.

How I work.

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. I work collaboratively, attending to your pace, the therapeutic relationship, your emotional experience and what feels useful in the moment.

Some sessions involve reflection and conversation; others may include experiential work or structured trauma processing when appropriate.
