Trauma &
attachment.

We can explore how difficult experiences live on in feelings, the body, and relationships. Together, we make space for what has been overwhelming, while paying attention to safety, connection, and your pace.

We can work together in person in Berlin-Adlershof or online, depending on your location and needs.

Identity &
transition.

Gender, sexuality, identity and life transitions can bring both possibility and uncertainty. Therapy offers room to explore who you are, what is changing, and what feels true for you.

Migration, relocation & belonging.

Moving between countries, cultures and languages can reshape how we understand ourselves and our relationships. Even a chosen move can bring grief, isolation, disorientation or the feeling of belonging in more than one place and nowhere at once.

We can make room for the emotional realities of migration, rebuilding a support network, living between languages, and navigating identity and home.

Relationships
& intimacy.

We can look at closeness, desire, conflict, boundaries, and the patterns that emerge with partners, friends, family, and community, without assuming there is one right way to relate.

People in all relationship constellations are warmly welcome: monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, single, questioning and everything in between. This is a sex-positive, kink-aware space, including for people navigating BDSM, chemsex, desire, stigma or complicated experiences of intimacy. We can talk about these experiences without assumptions or judgement.

Anxiety, grief
& change.

Whether you are facing anxiety, loss, depression, or a major shift in life, we can slow down, understand what you are going through, and find ways to stay with emotions that may feel difficult to hold alone.

A collaborative
process.

Sessions are shaped by what you bring. We might explore feelings and memories, notice what happens in your body, work with patterns in relationships or make room for experiences that have been difficult to approach alone.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Relational, experiential psychotherapy.

My work is grounded primarily in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy). We work together with emotions as they arise, with curiosity, attention and the safety of a real therapeutic relationship. I am actively present with you: we talk, reflect, notice, feel and explore, rather than following a fixed protocol.

When it makes sense for your process, we may also bring in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as a focused technique for processing difficult memories or experiences. It is one tool within our work together, not a separate track you need to choose.

Starting therapy.

We can begin with a free 20–30 minute introductory conversation to get a sense of each other and talk about what you are looking for. Individual sessions are usually 60 minutes.

Fees and sliding-scale availability are discussed before beginning. The standard fee is €150 for 60 minutes. Limited sliding-scale places are available at €50–€80, with pro bono spots when available.

WHAT SESSIONS CAN FEEL LIKE

Present, curious, together.

Psychotherapy is a conversation, but not one you have to carry alone. I am engaged and present with you as we explore feelings, patterns and what happens in the room, at a pace that makes sense.
