WORKSHOPS & TRAINING
Making inclusion a practice.
An experiential workshop about awareness, power, difference, belonging and how people can care for each other in shared spaces.
Awareness & Diversity.
We look at assumptions, social position, exclusion, communication and the difference between good intentions and actual impact. We practise noticing discomfort, staying curious and responding to feedback without immediately becoming defensive.
Sessions can be shaped around queer and trans inclusion, neurodiversity, communication around trauma and emotional safety, accessibility, group culture and everyday situations relevant to your team.
Who it's for.
For teams, organisations, cultural spaces, educators and community groups seeking a more reflective and inclusive practice.
Sessions are facilitated with attention to participation, emotional safety, boundaries and the needs of the people in the room. No one is expected to share personal experiences.
Format &
booking.
Available for groups and organisations by arrangement. Duration, location, group size, learning goals and fee are agreed in advance; please get in touch for a tailored proposal.
