CO-REGULATION / KINK & PLAY

Staying connected
in the intensity.

An experiential class about nervous systems, connection and the ways we can support each other in kink, rope and embodied play.

What we explore.

Co-regulation is not about making every experience calm. It is about noticing what is happening in ourselves and between us, and finding ways to stay connected when intensity rises. We explore attention, pacing, activation, settling and the difference between support and taking over.

In practice.

Through guided reflection, discussion and optional low-pressure exercises, we look at how to check in, negotiate support, notice shifts in capacity and make space for different nervous-system needs before, during and after play.

Who it is for.

People who engage in kink, rope, power exchange or other forms of consensual play, as well as educators and facilitators supporting those communities. No particular role, experience level or relationship structure is assumed.
