WORKSHOPS & TRAINING
Recognising distress. Responding with care.
Mental Health First Aid and mental health awareness training can help participants recognise signs of distress, approach difficult conversations and respond with more confidence and care.
Mental Health First Aid.
We explore common mental-health challenges, signs that someone may need support, how to listen without trying to diagnose or fix, and how to guide someone toward appropriate professional help.
Depending on the booking, this can be a structured mental-health awareness workshop or an official Mental Health First Aid course where the relevant programme, duration and certification conditions apply. These are not interchangeable, and the format will be specified when we plan the training.
Who it's for.
For organisations, teams, educators and community groups who want practical mental-health literacy. Available as a tailored training or, where applicable, a programme-based MHFA course.
Sessions are facilitated with attention to participation, emotional safety, boundaries and the needs of the people in the room. No one is expected to share personal experiences.
Format &
booking.
Available for groups and organisations by arrangement. Duration, location, group size, learning goals and fee are agreed in advance; please get in touch for a tailored proposal.
These are educational workshops, not psychotherapy or a substitute for individual clinical support.
